The concept of "BREAKING THE FAST", Fasting is generally related to soul and body cleansing, controlling food desires is directly related to controlling any harmful thoughts or attitudes which lead to spiritual elevation resulting in serenity within. The aim of the restaurant is reflecting the fasting experience.
